Terms & Condition

Payment

All the payment must be quoted in FEC or US$.25% of prices must be paid to Myanmar Investment & Commercial bank to confirm your reservation. The rest payment can be paid on arrival day. Tour leader of a group of 16 member can get special discount.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be acceptable by e-mail or fax.
Cancellation fees are as follow,
20day before arrival 10%
15day before arrival 15%
10day before arrival 25%

Refund

After commencement of travel ,no refund either in full or in part cannot be given for services include in every tour program.

Tour Rates

The prices include: transportation, breakfast, accommodation, domestic air ticket listed in the tour itinerary.
The prices excludes: foreign air ticket, visa fees, airport tax, entrance fees, zonal fees, personal spending expense, meals and drinks not list on the tour itinerary.

Remark

Every tour program can be change according to the arrival flight time to Yangon and depend on customer's request.

Our Ocean Blue Travels and Tours organized our services with our best quality to provide every customer to satisfy and enjoy the time when the stay here but we cannot take the responsibility of personal lost, injuries or damage and unforeseen circumstances (war risk, natural disaster, changes of flight time due to clients). But we will take care from every corner for your safety as much as we can.
